Snape Tennis Centre required a new and modern building for the tennis clubhouse, change room and amenities as well as a large hall to be rented out for dance classes and other purposes. The architecturally designed building replaced an old, out dated building which needed to be demolished carefully due the presence of asbestos.
Using modular, off site construction enabled EPB to manage the building demolishing and site preparation for the new building concurrently with the building construction, significantly speeding up the process for the tennis centre and therefore reducing operating downtime.
