Newington College needed 24 classrooms in the school grounds to enable classes to continue during a major capital works program.
The brief stipulated that the classrooms were to be single story, high quality and located and installed to minimise disruption to the school’s operations and grounds.
EPB worked with Newington to create a temporary educational precinct within a constrained space on the school grounds. The classrooms included a mix of general learning and science teaching areas and were designed and built to fit the defined space. All classrooms were delivered and installed during the Christmas holidays to meet the school’s overall project schedule.
