St Augustines Catholic School in Sydney’s northern beaches required 4 architecturally designed, premium classrooms to be located on an available but sloping site, adjacent to the main building.
EPB designed the buildings to fit comfortably within the site, while maximising natural lighting and aesthetics.
Modular construction was chosen so as to minimise disruption to the school. EPB carried out major site works to enable cranes to deliver and install modules and then rehabilitated the surrounding landscape. EPB also completed all hard and soft landscaping, including paths, ramps, planter boxes and gardens.
