EPB worked with Masada College to design and construct a vibrant and functional two storey building containing four classrooms, toilets, storerooms and IT rooms fully integrated with existing structures.
Using prefabricated, modular construction, EPB delivered a high quality permanent building in a compressed time frame providing a value for money solution to meet the school’s needs.
Importantly, as the school was in use during the construction period, EPB completed all onsite construction in less than 3 months, significantly quicker than a traditional construction program of around 12 months
