As part of the Commonwealth Governments’ Building The Education Revolution (BER), EPB designed, constructed and installed 61 Modular Design Range (MDR) buildings across NSW schools. All buildings were intended for permanent use and included high quality finishes to match in situ buildings specifications.
All buildings were fabricated within a 12 month period and included:
37 MDR Core 7 Library building
2 MDR Core 14 Library buildings
11 MDR Homebase Double Classroom buildings
3 Core 3 Administration buildings
Importantly, the use of prefabricated modular construction ensured the rapid roll out of buildings to meet the tight deadlines of the Governments BER program.
