Unity Grammar School, in Sydney’s south west, worked with EPB on it’s Stage One development to design and build 14 classrooms required for the years K-6. Classroom functionality, aesthetics and strict adherence to a tight budget were all important to the school.
Additionally, with a short lead-time, speed of delivery was crucial. Classrooms were built off-site, enabling site works to occur in parallel, which enabled project completion comfortably within the required time frame.
Furthermore, EPB was able to finance the cost of the buildings enabling the school to pay for the project over a 3 year period.
