St Vincents Hospital required a new purpose built child care facility to cater for hospital staff, replacing an existing old and outdated building.
EPB designed and constructed the 40-child centre (26.4m x 12m) using offsite modular construction. To expedite the process and minimise downtime, site works, building documentation and module construction occurred in parallel over the Christmas holiday period, ensuring minimal impact to the centre’s operations.
