BevChain required new managerial and operations offices to be located inside the alcohol distribution warehouse in Western Sydney.
To minimise it’s footprint and therefore maximise warehouse space, EPB designed a premium, space efficient, two storey building that would also provide good visibility from the offices throughout the warehouse. In addition to the building design, approvals and fabrication, EPB completed the internal office fit-out.
