Sunland required construction site buildings for a luxury waterfront apartment building development. Given the steepness of the site, access was difficult and space on was limited.
EPB recommended utilising the level land adjacent to the waterfront and delivering the buildings via barge, then craned onto site. The buildings were removed in the same manner ensuring minimal disruption to the development.
