Villa Maria School needed a temporary boys and girls toilet building and clothing store for six months during renovations.
The only available location for the temporary buildings was a 9m x 9m square area surrounded by established rose gardens and covered with artificial turf, both of which could not be damaged.
EPB designed 3 buildings to fit the space with delivery and installation completed without impacting the established gardens and turf.
The finished project integrated the buildings perfectly into the garden setting.
