EPB was engaged as Principal Contractor on behalf of Cadia Holdings to manage all aspects of the design and construction of a 200-person temporary accommodation village in Blayney NSW including:
- Building design including all DA’s and approvals;
- Management of extensive civil construction works and associated services infrastructure including power, gas, sewer, stormwater and communications;
- Fabrication, delivery and installation of 50 accommodation buildings, a kitchen / dining building, office, recreation and toilet buildings.
Using its Accelerated Construction Process, EPB fast-tracked the project to ensure both significant time and cost savings.
