All Saints Catholic Church in Warilla, south of Wollongong, required a new, larger hall to replace an existing building that was no longer suitable.
EPB designed, built and installed a large, modular building to be used for the church’s social and recreational activities. To cater for a variety of uses, the building was designed with a 7m high-vaulted ceiling, large one plan space (over 360m2), full catering kitchen as well as amenities.
To minimise disruption on site, all 28 building modules were manufactured in the EPB factory then delivered to site for installation. The fully functional building was ready for use within 6 weeks of delivery of the first module.
